Bruschetta

Ingredients
4 vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic chopped
6-7 fresh basil leaves torn, shredded or chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf french bread

Toasts
Slice french bread into little toasts about 1/2 inch thick. Brush with olive oil (with garlic is amazing) and then toast in the oven on 375 degrees for about 11-13 minutes or until golden brown

Bruschetta
Mix together everything once it has all been chopped, after mixing throughly, let stand for about 15 minutes to let everything infuse itself and develop the flavor. Then serve with little french bread toasts.
