1/4 cup butter
1/2 a head of garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 black pepper
1/4 cayenne powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
4 boneless chicken thighs with skin
The Process!
First preheat the oven broiler, and lightly grease an aluminum foil covered pan.
Mix together everything but the chicken in a microwave safe bowl. Then microwave until butter is melted, which usually takes about two minutes.
Place the chicken in the greased pan side by side and coat with the butter mixture, saving some for basting.
Broil chicken for ten minutes, then remove and baste with mixture. Return for another 7 minutes. Then remove again, flip chicken and return to oven for 10 minutes. Check and make sure chicken is cooked through, then remove and serve!
I served with green beans and it was wonderful!
